Meet Rob Beasant
I have spent most of my 25-year professional career in the oil patch. This choice has afforded me the opportunity to travel the world and gain valuable skills in contract negotiation, analytical reasoning and marketing. An entrepreneur by heart, one of my proudest achievements was founding a tech company, making it profitable within 3 years and then selling it to a publicly traded company. My transition to the Real Estate profession has been very rewarding and has enabled me to apply my previously gained expertise to an industry that I am truly passionate about.

As a business owner, I have learned that the key element of success is to listen to the needs of your client. In Real Estate, this means understanding your client’s way of life, financial capacity and future plans. This information is crucial in finding the best home, in the right location and within budget.
A home is more than simply being a house. It is probably your biggest financial investment and the place where you will enjoy the quality moments of life and create memories. I pride myself in spending the necessary time with clients, not over-selling or over-promising, negotiating tooth and nail for the best deal and helping them find the best financing, legal and inspection advice.

In My Free Time
When I am not carting my 3 teenagers off to their latest sports team or helping them with their homework, I enjoy golf, snowboarding and giving back to charities such as Inn-From-the-Cold.
