"I walked into an open house Natalie was having one Sunday afternoon as I was just checking out a neighborhood. I was met with a very professional, enthusiastic and personable Realtor. She was not pushy but more than helpful and asked if she could follow up with me at a later time to discuss my move. My plans were still unclear at that time but I did agree to have her come to my house and give me an idea of where I might be in the market place. There had been a total of three other realtors through my condo all with concerns as to the layout and or pricing that it may bring? Natalie came in, viewed the condo, had prepared some numbers and comparisons for me. Almost right away she knew the target market that she would go after and the marketing folder she put together was outstanding with professional photos show casing the condo. I agreed to the pricing strategy that she presented and after 4 days my home was sold for more than list! How could I improve or done better than that?
